Why Buy Paper?
There seems to be paper everywhere. This is especially true if you have kids, because they bring home an absolute mountain of paper from school on a regular basis. Homework sheets, coloring pages, notes, etc. pile up all over the house. Then, there are your old reports from work, sheets left over after running a test print on your printer, and more, to add to the paper clutter.
While you will probably still have to buy some paper for certain situations, you can recycle many of the pages currently lying about. Not only will you remove clutter, but you’ll also be reusing what is available instead of making additional purchases. Some might add that you could help save a tree or two while saving money.
Kids can use the backside of those used pages for drawing paper or they can trace the picture from the front onto the back to color again. You can stack up a few sheets of paper and cut them into smaller pieces to use as scratch paper. Make a stack and staple it at the top to create a notepad. Great for writing notes, jotting down recipes or web addresses (like thefrugalway.today.com ), and taking phone messages.
